Zabanak translates speech into Farsi as people talk. Use it face to face, to follow a lecture or talk, to add Persian subtitles to a video you are watching, or to dub a video from your phone into Persian. In a conversation it also translates your Farsi into the other person's language.
Farsi with any of 20 languages: English, Turkish, Arabic, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Russian, Ukrainian, Azerbaijani, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Urdu and Portuguese.
Yes, in Two-Way Conversation: they speak and you read Farsi; you speak Farsi and they read their language. Speech Mode, Live Subtitles and video dubbing translate into Farsi.
On iPhone, Zabanak listens through the microphone, so play the video out loud; sound going to headphones can't be subtitled. Start subtitles in Zabanak, then switch apps and they follow you in a floating window. On Android, Zabanak can subtitle the sound playing on your phone, and the captions float over other apps. Some protected videos can't be subtitled.
Any video on your phone that you have the right to use. Choose it in Dub Your Video, start watching while the rest is prepared, then save the dubbed video to your gallery or share it. You choose whether the original sound stays quietly underneath or only the Persian voice plays.
Live conversations are translated as you speak and are not stored by us after the session. Only the sessions you bookmark are saved, and they stay on your phone. We never use what you say for analytics or advertising.
Zabanak helps you follow along and take part, and it is accurate for everyday speech. Automatic translation can still make mistakes, so for important medical, legal or emergency decisions, confirm the key details with a professional interpreter.
Premium is free for 7 days, with 3 hours of translation and 20 minutes of dubbing. We remind you on day 5. If you don't cancel, your plan starts on day 7. There is one free trial per person.
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play. Cancel in your phone's subscription settings at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you keep Premium until then.
The app tells you before time runs low. Basic translation time renews every week and dubbing every month. Premium members can buy extra hours at any time.
Yes. Zabanak needs an internet connection to translate. Your saved History and dubbed videos open without one.
